Gold prices in Pakistan surged to a record high on Tuesday, with the price of per tola gold climbing by Rs2,550 to reach Rs317,350.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), this increase mirrors the rise in international gold rates.
The price of 10-gram gold also increased significantly, rising by Rs2,186 to settle at Rs272,076. This follows Monday’s record-setting rise of Rs1,100, which pushed the price of per tola gold to Rs314,800.

International Gold Rates
The APGJSA reported that the international gold rate also increased, reaching $3,022 per ounce (with a premium of $20), up by $25 during the day. This global surge has contributed to the rising gold prices in Pakistan.
In addition to gold, silver prices also saw an uptick, increasing by Rs25 to settle at Rs3,555 per tola. This reflects a broader trend of rising precious metal prices in the market.
