Unofficial GBLA Election 2026 results showed the PPP leading with 9 seats after outcomes from 22 of 24 constituencies were reported on Monday.
PML-N won six seats, while independent candidates also secured six constituencies, according to the unofficial constituency-wise result. Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen won one seat.
PPP’s wins came in GBLA-1 Gilgit-I, GBLA-4 Nagar-I, GBLA-5 Nagar-II, GBLA-7 Skardu-I, GBLA-9 Skardu-III, GBLA-10 Skardu-IV, GBLA-11 Kharmang, GBLA-12 Shigar and GBLA-19 Ghizer-I.
PML-N secured GBLA-2 Gilgit-II, GBLA-13 Astore-I, GBLA-14 Astore-II, GBLA-18 Diamer-IV, GBLA-20 Ghizer-II and GBLA-22 Ghanche-I.
Independent candidates won GBLA-3 Gilgit-III, GBLA-6 Hunza, GBLA-16 Diamer-II, GBLA-21 Ghizer-III, GBLA-23 Ghanche-II and GBLA-24 Ghanche-III.

MWM’s Muhammad Kazim won GBLA-8 Skardu-II with 10,574 votes. PPP candidate Syed Muhammad Ali Shah finished second with 10,065 votes.
