Islamabad Election Tribunal Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri has issued a final deadline for MNA Tariq Fazal Chaudhry from NA-48 to submit his response. He is required to provide an affidavit and Forms 45, 46, and 47 before the next hearing on June 5.
The tribunal order follows a petition by PTI independent candidate Shoaib Shahin, who has alleged electoral fraud via form 49.
The Election Tribunal’s written directive underscores that this is the final opportunity for the successful PML-N candidate to comply. It also notes that the Election Commission did not receive the previously submitted Form 45 through the EMS.
