Men who shared his unit alleged that people outside prison transferred money into other inmates’ commissary accounts to pay for services. Their accounts described prisoners preparing meals, doing laundry, making his bed and cleaning bathroom areas before he used them.
Multiple interviewees claimed Combs used phones to browse Instagram and receive sexually explicit images from an unnamed former girlfriend. They also described access to alcohol and a modified tablet for watching films and documentaries.
