Former “EastEnders” actress Danniella Westbrook said she expects at least four more reconstructive surgeries after already undergoing about six procedures.
Westbrook, 52, discussed the treatment during an interview with Vanessa Feltz on the YouTube show “At Home With Vanessa.”
She said doctors had scheduled her next operation for October. During that procedure, surgeons plan to use tissue from her ribs to support and reconstruct her nose.
Meanwhile, Westbrook said each operation can last five or six hours. She added that repeated anaesthesia and lengthy recovery periods had left her exhausted.
After her two most recent procedures, she said she considered stopping treatment because of the physical toll. However, Westbrook said she intends to continue because the reconstruction is also intended to improve her breathing.

The actress is undergoing an 18-month course of treatment after developing a collapsed septum to her past cocaine use.
Westbrook said she trusted her surgeon despite concerns about further operations and recovery.
