Najam Sethi, a prominent journalist, recently suggested that Bushra Bibi’s transfer to Adiala Jail was a direct consequence of Imran Khan’s refusal to engage in negotiations.
Sethi said the initial decision to keep Bushra Bibi at Bani Gala rather than in a detention facility was strategic. Bani Gala is more accessible than a jail environment, facilitating easier access for agencies to negotiate with Imran Khan.
Despite this, Imran Khan reportedly remained unwilling to participate in discussions, leading to the decision to move Bushra Bibi to Adiala Jail.
