Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: A Bannu police station attack injured two Frontier Corps personnel on Wednesday after terrorists dropped explosives on the Haved police station with a quadcopter, police said.
Police identified the injured personnel as Sepoy Ghulam Zada and Sepoy Saddam. Officials said both sustained minor injuries, while two government vehicles were partially damaged.
Police said the attack was among several security incidents reported across the Bannu district. The cases included a quadcopter attack, mortar shelling, abductions and a suspected drone strike.
In Miryan tehsil, armed men allegedly abducted Nisar Ahmad, head teacher of Government High School Sardar Khan Mandev. Police later confirmed that he returned home safely.

Authorities said they were reviewing CCTV footage to identify the people involved in the teacher’s abduction. Police did not immediately report any arrests in the case.
A suspected drone strike in Narmikhel, within Bakakhel police station limits, injured rickshaw driver Asif Ullah on Tuesday evening.
Bannu Cantt was also targeted with two mortar rounds at the old ROD Ground area. Police said no casualties were reported in that incident.
Police said retired Frontier Corps personnel Ali Mar Khan, sweeper Mali Gul and Muhammad Shoaib were also allegedly abducted in separate incidents.
