Disney+ has published a 15-title Avengers Doomsday watchlist ahead of the Marvel crossover’s scheduled theatrical release on December 18, 2026.
The selection combines earlier “X-Men” films with Marvel Cinematic Universe projects, beginning with “X-Men” and “X2.”
It also includes “Captain America: The First Avenger,” “The Avengers,” “Avengers: Infinity War,” “Avengers: Endgame,” “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” and “Deadpool & Wolverine.”
“Loki” is the only Disney+ series included in the watchlist. The series centres on timelines and alternate versions of characters, themes also present across Marvel’s multiverse storylines.
The inclusion of the original “X-Men” films comes as actors Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen are expected to return in “Avengers: Doomsday.”
