An anti-terrorism court (ATC) judge in Badin earlier today refused to hear cases against renegade PPP leader Zulfiqar Mirza and sent the reference to Sindh High Court.
According to media reports the government will send cases against Mirza to ATCs of other cities.
Strike is being observed by traders in Badin over non-arrest of Mirza despite several cases being registered against him. The traders have demanded to bring Zulfiqar Mirza to the court of justice.
