Badin: Despite FIR has been registered against Zulfiqar Mirza under the sections of anti-terror act for attacking a police station in Badin, Government of Sindh has decided not to arrest former home minister.
According to sources, Mirza’s arrest has been delayed for the time being and he will be arrested at a later time.
After the FIR lodged at Badin Model Town Station, a raid was expected at Mirza’s farmhouse at Mourjhar to arrest him, which have been put on hold until next orders.
The police has so far arrested four of Mirza’s accomplices, according to reports.
Mirza later challenged the authorities to come and arrest him. “I will prefer death over arrest,” he said.
