The US citizen arrested on Friday at Islamabad airport for carrying ammunition has been released on bail.
The Airports Security Force (ASF) arrested American citizen, identified as William Johns, at Benazir International Airport after finding bullets of 9mm pistol along with a magazine in his possession.
Johns was going back to America from Islamabad. According to sources, the arrested person is working as a trainer at US embassy.
The ASF officials handed over the citizen to police for further investigation. According to police, John made a mistake and didn’t realize that he was carrying ammunition.
