The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation’s (KMC) anti-encroachment cell demolished the illegal mall and club at Aladin Park in June 2015 on Supreme Court orders (SC).
The Supreme Court (SC) ordered all commercial activity to stop to repair Aladdin Water Park.
The rulings were passed by a Supreme Court bench headed by former chief judge Gulzar Ahmed at the Karachi Registry.
He added the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) funded the park’s construction. First-phase development began at Sharea Faisal.
