Los Angeles: The second season of the young adult crime drama “A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder season 2” achieved a 96 percent audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes following its return to Netflix.
The score, compiled from more than 250 user reviews on the tracking platform in 2026, marks a significant ratings turnaround from the first season, which finished with a 68 percent audience score.
Critical reception similarly improved for the sophomore release, with professional reviewers registering an 86 percent approval rating.
The television adaptation, based on the mystery novel series by author Holly Jackson, follows the investigative exploits of the main character, Pip Fitz Amobi.
Viewers and critics attributed the positive shift to improved narrative pacing and script adjustments that better aligned.
