Zimbabwe won the toss and elected to bowl first against West Indies in the Super Eight clash of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, on Monday. The Zimbabwe vs West Indies T20 World Cup contest pits two in-form sides against each other, both unbeaten in the tournament so far.

West Indies enter the match with strong momentum. They have won five consecutive T20 matches, including a successful away series against South Africa last month. Zimbabwe, meanwhile, have lost only once in their previous five T20 internationals and arrives with growing confidence.

Both teams topped their respective groups in the 20-team competition. West Indies finished first in Group C after victories over Scotland, England, Italy, and Nepal. Zimbabwe claimed the top spot in Group B with historic wins against Australia and Sri Lanka.
