This tool showcases popular videos categorised by genre. Currently, it includes music, podcasts, and trailers, with plans to add more categories in the future.

Gaming trends are featured on the Gaming Explore page. Personalised recommendations suggest relevant videos, while the Explore Page, creator channels, and subscriptions offer non-personalised options.
Creators used trending topics for promotion and to spot emerging trends, often showcasing their rankings on social media. In response, YouTube Studio has introduced the Inspiration tab, which provides personalised content ideas. Additionally, YouTube is updating its monetisation policies. Starting July 15, 2025, the platform will target inauthentic and repetitive content, which may lead to reduced earnings for those types of videos.
