A captivating photograph of Babar Azam, the captain of Pakistan’s cricket team and the world’s leading one-day international (ODI) batsman, alongside his teammate Mohammad Rizwan, is currently trending on social media.

Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan are preparing to partake in the esteemed executive education program at Harvard Business School, focusing on the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports (BEMS).

Babar shared a picture on his Twitter account on Tuesday featuring him and Rizwan, accompanied by a light-hearted caption: “Ye kya ho raha hai?”.

In the shared image, both cricketers are engrossed in their studies, with scattered papers around them. Babar is depicted lying on a couch with his legs against the wall as he peruses a document, while Rizwan is seated on the floor in a room, engrossed in his reading.

This participation makes Babar and Rizwan the first-ever cricketers to attend this esteemed institution. They are scheduled to participate in the BEMS program from May 31 to June 3, hosted on the Harvard campus in Boston, Massachusetts.

Beyond the academic program, both cricketers will also interact with various communities in the United States until June 13.

The BEMS course has a history of illustrious alumni from the sports world, including football legends Kaka, Edwin van der Sar, Gerard Pique, Oliver Kahn, NFL’s Brandon Marshall, NBA stars Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade, and Alex Rodriguez from Major League Baseball.

Likewise, Babar shared his enthusiasm, emphasizing his commitment to learning and his excitement to engage with top business executives and notable athletes in the entertainment, media, and sports industries worldwide. He was keenly interested in learning from their experiences and eventually contributing to the global community.
