In Karachi, a severe car crash on Karsaz Road claimed the lives of two individuals, including a 20-year-old woman, and injured several others. The young woman’s father was tragically crushed under the vehicle during the incident.
Rescue teams reported that the vehicle, operated by a female driver, spiralled out of control, impacting several other vehicles and motorcycles. This led to multiple injuries, with the victims rushed to the hospital for treatment. Sadly, both the 20-year-old woman and a 60-year-old man later died from their injuries.
The District Police East spokesperson revealed that the driver, Natasha Danish, wife of Danish Iqbal, Chairman of Gul Ahmed Energy Group and Metro Energy Group, has been taken into police custody and is undergoing a medical examination. At the time of the accident, she was accompanied by her husband.
Authorities have assured the victims that legal proceedings will be initiated against the driver. The crash not only resulted in fatalities but also damaged two vehicles and four motorcycles.

Furthermore, the vehicle involved in the crash is registered to Gul Ahmed, indicating it belongs to the driver’s father’s company. This connection underscores the severity of the investigation into this tragic event.
