In US budget, $5.9 billion has been allocated for Overseas Contingency Operations in Pakistan and Iraq and to help sustain US gains in Afghanistan through the 2014 transition. The budget for 2015 also focuses on developing a relationship with Pakistan . The budget proposals, announced on Tuesday, seek 1 billion dollars for Pakistan. However, experts also believes that the Obama administration also intends to use a contingency fund in Pakistan.
