The Gulf side’s previous best was 204 against Bangladesh at the Asia Cup in 2008, but they surpassed that at Saxton Oval in the 41st over of their Pool B match.
Shaiman Anwar top scored with a personal best 67 and Khurram Khan made 45.
For Zimbabwe, Tendai Chatara took three for 42.
