U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel (L) is welcomed by U.S. Ambassador to China, Max Baucus (R), upon his arrival at Qingdao International Airport April 7, 2014 in Qingdao, China. Secretary Hagel is on an Asian trip, the fourth time since he took office, to Japan, China and Mongolia. He will tour the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy aircraft carrier Liaoning at Yuchi Naval Base in Qingdao before he continues his trip to Beijing.
