Peshawar : Two new Congo virus cases were detected in the provincial capital, Peshawar on Tuesday while nine blood samples were sent to Islamabad.
Health administration sources said that two patients hailing from different localities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) were found affected with Congo virus. The victims have been shifted to isolation and they were being provided treatment.
Meanwhile, blood samples of seven suspected Congo virus victims have been sent to Islamabad for laboratory test for confirmation of presence of the virus.
