Tesla Model Y prices rose in the United States on Saturday, with Tesla Inc. increasing several variants by $500 to $1,000, according to prices listed on its website.
The Model Y Premium All-Wheel Drive rose by $1,000 to $49,990, while the Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive increased by $1,000 to $45,990.
Tesla also lifted the Model Y Performance All-Wheel Drive price by $500 to $57,990 in the United States, the website showed. The company did not provide a reason for the latest price changes.
The move follows a Cybertruck price increase in August last year, when Tesla raised the price of its most expensive pickup model by $15,000 in the United States despite softer-than-expected sales and recalls.
Tesla last increased Model Y prices in 2024, when it raised all Model Y variants by $1,000.
