Terrorists attacked a police checkpoint in Dera Ismail Khan, Injuring at least three officers.

According to Dera Ismail Khan, District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Shoaib, a group of terrorists attacked a police picket in Dera Ismail Khan near the Kalachi police station. The terrorists were armed with advanced armaments, such as rocket launchers.

As a result of the police force’s retaliatory fire, the terrorists were forced to flee after many of their collaborators were killed, and others were injured.

During the gunfight, three police officers were also wounded. The DPO reported that the injured were brought to the hospital. After the attack, security in DI Khan has been increased.
