Actor Jason Sudeikis returns as the title character in the “Ted Lasso” Season 4 trailer, released by Apple TV on Tuesday ahead of the show’s August 5 premiere.
The official trailer shows Ted returning to Richmond to coach a second-division women’s football team, the Lady Greyhounds.
Season 3 ended with Ted leaving AFC Richmond and returning to Kansas City. Apple said the new season follows Ted and his players as they build trust and take unfamiliar risks.
The 10-episode season will debut globally with one episode on Wednesday, August 5. Apple TV will release the remaining episodes every Wednesday through October 7.
Hannah Waddingham returns as Rebecca Welton, alongside Juno Temple as Keeley Jones, Brett Goldstein as Roy Kent, Brendan Hunt as Coach Beard and Jeremy Swift as Leslie Higgins.

The new cast includes Tanya Reynolds, Jude Mack, Faye Marsay, Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkey, Abbie Hern and Grant Feely, according to Apple TV’s announcement.
Sudeikis stars and serves as an executive producer. Jack Burditt joined Season 4 as an executive producer, while Goldstein continues as a writer and executive producer.
Doozer Productions produces the series in association with Warner Bros. Television and Universal Television. The first three seasons are currently streaming on Apple TV.
