Sindh’s Interior Hints For Major Operations in Karachi

In a recent interaction with the media, Caretaker Home Minister Haris Nawaz revealed that operations are imminent, with new officers scheduled to assume their roles today or soon.

The caretaker Home Minister emphasized his belief that appointing competent officers would be a turning point in restoring peace to Sindh. “Sindh is poised to become a beacon of tranquillity and stability,” Nawaz confidently stated.

Detailing the operational roadmap, Nawaz disclosed that Ghotki, Kashmore, Jacobabad, and Kandhkot are set to witness comprehensive operations. “Both Katcha and Pacca areas will be under the scope of these operations,” said the Caretaker Home Minister.

Nawaz was adamant about the impartiality of the impending initiatives. “Our goal isn’t to target political entities or initiate vendettas,” he affirmed. Instead, the operations will focus on individuals who have charges or cases pending with the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) or other legal entities.

In concluding remarks, Nawaz pledged his commitment to overseeing free, fair, and transparent elections. “Once the election date is announced, we’ll roll out the necessary guidelines to ensure a democratic process,” he reassured.
