The Sindh education department has issued notices to Karachi’s 30 private schools following a spate of vocal street protests by parents against unfair hike in school fees.
According to officials of the Sindh Education department, it has issued show cause notices to 30 major private schools seeking details of recent hike in tuition’s fees.
The department has also called a meeting of the schools’ administration on Sept. 18.
It has ordered schools to provide three-year details of monthly fees collected under the head of computer education and security.
