Murad Ali Shah, the chief minister of Sindh, reshuffled his cabinet and reassigned portfolios.
According to the notification issued from the CM office, the chief minister issued an announcement regarding the shift in portfolios. As a result, Syed Sardar Ali Shah, the minister of culture, is no longer responsible for the department of archives.
A Special Assistant to the Chief Minister, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Tariq Hasan has been assigned the archive department’s portfolio.
Aamir Ghaffar Lone has been assigned to the Department of Kashmiri Welfare. In the meantime, the Chief Minister of Sindh transferred the portfolio of Religious Affairs from his Advisor Fayyaz Ali Butt to his Special Assistant Bachal Shah.
In addition, the Department of Commerce was removed from Provincial Minister Jam Ikramullah Dharejo’s jurisdiction. Faraz Abid Lakhani, Special Assistant, was given the portfolio.
