Dubai hotel hit by Iran strikes as retaliatory missile activity spread across the Gulf region. A video verified by international media showed flames and thick black smoke rising from the Fairmont The Palm Hotel on Palm Jumeirah.

Authorities in Dubai confirmed that four people were injured in a blaze at a building in the Palm Jumeirah area. Emergency teams quickly brought the fire under control. However, officials did not release detailed operational information.

The incident occurred during heightened tensions after Iran launched retaliatory missile attacks in response to what it described as a large-scale assault by the United States and Israel.

Dubai Hotel Hit Iran Strikes

Missile interceptions were reported across several Gulf countries. Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan and Kuwait confirmed that their air defence systems neutralised incoming threats.

These states host US military bases and heightened security as tensions escalated. Governments issued statements reassuring residents that defensive measures were active and effective.

Explosions and air defence activity were reported in parts of the region following the missile launches. Regional authorities intensified monitoring and security protocols.

Dubai officials maintained that the Palm Jumeirah fire was contained quickly. Investigations are expected to determine the cause and assess the broader impact.
