The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) announced the banking hours for the holy month of Ramadan.
According to the SBP notification, public dealing and office hours have been adjusted.
Branch Banking Public Dealing / Branch Timings:
| Monday to Thursday | 9 am to 2 pm (without a break) |
| Friday | 8:30 am to 1 pm (without a break) |
Office Timings: Back Office / Support Function
| Monday to Thursday | 9 am to 3:30 pm (with prayer break from 2 pm to 2:30 pm) |
| Friday | 8:30 am to 1 pm (without a break) |
The notification stated, “After Ramadan, the above times will automatically revert to their pre-Ramadan times.”
Friday, March 24, banks will remain closed to the public in observance of the Zakat deduction.
