Three FIRs worth Rs. 27 crore in the Saqib Chadhar cheque case have surfaced at the Defence A Police Station in Lahore, Punjab, according to the case details.
The cases were registered on the complaint of Mahrukh Arif. The FIRs accuse MPA Saqib Chadhar of issuing three cheques that were dishonoured due to insufficient funds.
According to the complainant’s statement, Arif said she contacted Saqib Khan to sell her property after facing health and financial pressure.
She said she sold a property on Davis Road to two suspects, identified in the FIR as Saqib Khan and Akbar Khan.

The complainant said the property deal was finalised at Rs. 60 crore. She said the suspects gave her three cheques of Rs. 9 crore each.
The FIR stated that all three cheques were dishonoured due to insufficient funds. The complainant told police she demanded the payment, but the suspect refused to return the money. Police registered the cases and opened further investigation.
