A training aircraft crashed in Faisalabad on Friday, killing the instructor and the trainee pilot.
According to Airport Security Force (ASF), a Shaheen Air Flying Training School aircraft crashed resulting the flight instructor and a trainee pilot crashed near Samanabad area of Faisalabad.
Injured trainee pilot Muaaz and flight instructor Ahmad bin Hassan were rushed to a hospital where they succumbed to their wounds.
ASF sources stated that the plane crash took place due to technical issues in the aircraft.
Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has ordered an inquiry of the plane crash.
Shaheen Air Flying Training School (SAFTS) Private Limited is a subsidiary company of Shaheen Air International, which was designed to be a feeder institute for Shaheen Air International.
