South Korea defeated Belgium whereas hosts Netherlands beat Australia in the Women’s Hockey World Cup at Dutch capital of The Hague in the Netherlands.
S.Korea’s Eunbl Cheon scored the first goal for her side in the 12th minute but Jill Boon equalized for the Belgians three minutes later. Alix Gerniers took the lead for Belgium in the 39th minute.
However, the Korean side scored three goals to make a dramatic comeback in the match.
Two goals by Anita Punt helped New Zealand give a 4-1 thrashing to Japan.
