Key details have emerged regarding the “suspicious death” of 26-year-old porn actress Sophia Leone, who was found deceased in her Albuquerque home on March 1, 2024.
Leone’s death was initially investigated as a potential robbery and homicide. However, it is now being treated as a suspicious death, with homicide currently ruled out.
Known professionally as Sophia Leone since age 18, she has starred in over 400 adult films.
According to TMZ, Leone’s mother disclosed that her daughter struggled with alcohol and had expressed suicidal thoughts. She had not heard from Sophia for more than 24 hours before her body was discovered.
At the scene, police found Leone’s body and noted these concerns from her mother about Sophia’s mental and emotional state. Although the authorities have ruled out homicide, they continue to investigate the exact cause of her death, maintaining the classification of “suspicious death.”
