The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has provided assurances to the European Union (EU) to not proceed towards the diplomatic enclave.

In a meeting with the EU ambassador, PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi said the Azadi March would remain peaceful.

Earlier on Tuesday, PTI Chairman Imran Khan tweeted that he would lead the Azadi March to Constitution Avenue and this would be a “defining moment for Pakistan.”
