Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has shut down Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM)’s web television.
PTA authorities earlier denied banning the web TV now have confirmed that web-tv (http://www.mqm.org/tv) has been shut down on directives of PTA authorities.
PEMRA had said that banning of web TV doesn’t come under its domain.
