Positions are available in departments such as the Virtual Blood Bank, Al-Biruni Centre, Punjab Police Women Safety 2, Virtual Women Police Station, Virtual Centre for Child Protection, Misaq Minority Centre, PSCA Public Safety App, PSCA School of Police Technology, and the Emergency 15 system.

Applicants must apply online; handwritten submissions or applications sent directly will not be accepted, and late submissions will also be disqualified. Candidates with foreign qualifications must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Employees of government or semi-government organisations must apply through their respective departments. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews. Detailed information regarding job descriptions, available positions, salaries, and terms can be found on the official PSCA website.

The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) was established under the 2015 Punjab Safe Cities Ordinance. Its primary goal is to develop the Punjab Police Integrated Command, Control, and Communication (PPIC3) system to enhance public safety. This initiative utilises advanced technology, skilled personnel, and efficient processes to improve urban security and overall quality of life. A state-of-the-art PPIC3 Centre operates in Lahore, with plans for expansion to other major cities in Punjab.

The job openings support PSCA’s mission to modernise policing through initiatives like virtual safety programs and emergency systems. By recruiting skilled professionals, PSCA aims to strengthen community safety and infrastructure, aligning with Punjab’s urban development goals. The expansion of PPIC3 centres could set a model for nationwide public safety improvements
