Four members of a family were shot dead in Dhoke Pharai area on Adiala Road in Rawalpindi.
According to police reports, a property dealer,Sher Afzal, his wife Asia Bibi and two daughters were killed by unknown attackers in their home.
Their bodies were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital for post mortem.
Further investigation was underway into motive behind the murders. Reportedly an accused namely Imran was rounded up by the police in connection with the attack
