Portugal has won the Euro Cup 2016 in a dramatic match that led to the second extra time against host France.
The Euro 2016 final between Portugal and France on Sunday went into extra time with the teams level at 0-0 after 90 minutes. Three minutes time was added followed by two extra times of 15 minutes which finally decided fate of the nail-biting match.
Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo was taken off injured after 24 minutes of the European Championship final .

Ronaldo, who tried to play on with a bandaged knee after a tackle by Dimitri Payet in the early stages of the game, was replaced by Ricardo Quaresma.
