Islamabad: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has expressed grave concern, over growing Hepatitis cases in the country and directed the provincial health departments, to take immediate measures for its eradication.
Health Ministry has issued a report in which 3200 cases have been reported in this month. According to media reports, PM today reprimanded Health department officials over their callous attitude, towards this serious issue and dispatched letters to all the four provincial health departments, seeking a report on the increase in the Hepatitis cases. He also directed to take immediate measures for its eradication and also sought a progress report in this regard.
