An explosion targeting police personnel on Peshawar’s Warsak Road on Tuesday resulted in injuries to at least seven people, three of whom are children.
The blast, which occurred due to explosives, led to the hospitalization of the injured at the Lady Reading Hospital. Among the injured, two children, aged between 7 and 10 years, are reportedly in critical condition.
SSP Operations Kashif Aftab Abbasi described the incident, noting that the police vehicle from Machnigate Police Station was on routine patrol when the bomb exploded.
