A case of extreme intolerance emerged earlier on Monday when an elder brother threw acid over his younger brother’s face for using his mobile phone charger without permission.

According to details obtained from police regarding the incident, Sharafat Ali threw acid over his younger brother Ashraf Ali’s face. Police claimed that the reason the elder brother committed the act was because Ashraf had not taken Sharafat;s permission before using his mobile phone charger.

Sharafat Ali fled the scene of the crime after committing the act, according to police.

Ashraf Ali was brought in to the Allied Hospital with 40 percent chest and face burn injuries, according to the doctors.
