Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is considering to fire Coach Waqar Younis over the team’s poor performance in the World Cup and tour of Bangladesh.
According to PCB sources, Waqar’s contract will expire on April 2016, however a recommendation has been put forward to pay Waqar three months advance salary and fire him as the coach of the national team.
PCB sources also added that, PCB Chairman Sharyar Khan is leaving for Dhaka where he is expected to meet with Waqar Younis and Mushtaq Ahmed.
