In the fiscal year 2023-24, Pakistan’s pharmaceutical goods exports rose to $341.023 million, a 3.90 per cent increase over the previous year’s total of $328.210 million.

Additionally, on a year-on-year basis, exports of pharmaceutical products in June 2024 experienced a substantial growth of 32.92 percent compared to June 2023, with figures reaching $29.128 million up from $21.914 million as reported by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).
However, a month-on-month comparison shows a decrease in pharmaceutical exports; June 2024 witnessed a reduction of 24.47 percent in exports, dropping to $29.128 million from $38.566 million in May 2024.
