MUSCAT: Pakistan U19 will begin their Asia Cup title defence against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Friday at Oman Cricket Academy Ground 2, according to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The eight-team ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup begins in Oman on Thursday, November 5, with Pakistan competing in Group A.
Captain Farhan Yousuf will lead the defending champions after guiding them to the previous title in December 2025. Pakistan defeated India by 191 runs in that final at the ICC Cricket Academy Ground in Dubai.
Yousuf told PCB Digital that arriving early in Oman had helped the squad assess local pitches, weather and playing conditions. “We are not taking anything for granted,” he said.
