Pakistan Rangers recruitment for 964 Sepoy General Duty (BPS-05) posts is open until August 26, 2026, under a provincial and regional quota system.
According to the recruitment advertisement, applications are invited from eligible Pakistani male candidates, who must complete online registration within the announced period of August 17 to August 26.
Of the 964 vacancies, Punjab, including Islamabad, has been allocated 482 posts. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has 111, Sindh Rural 110, Sindh Urban 73 and Balochistan 58.
The remaining allocation includes 72 open-merit posts, 29 for Newly Merged Districts, 19 for Azad Jammu and Kashmir and 10 for Gilgit-Baltistan. The advertisement also reserves a 5% minority quota in accordance with applicable government policy.
Applicants must provide personal, educational and domicile information during registration. Successful registrants will then report to their designated recruitment centre on the date and at the time shown on their registration slip.
Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) said the selection process includes document verification, physical and medical assessments and other applicable stages.
Candidates have been advised to bring original documents to the recruitment centre and follow the official recruitment instructions. The online registration deadline is August 26, 2026.
