RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Navy ships Hunain and Yarmook seized over 2,800 kg of drugs in the Arabian Sea, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.
As per the ISPR statement, crews intercepted a suspicious boat during routine patrols and boarded it as part of a joint counter-narcotics operation. A search uncovered narcotics hidden in compartments aboard the vessel.
ISPR put the estimated value of the recovered drugs at approximately USD 750 million.

Ashraf said the navy remained committed to protecting maritime security and combating illicit trafficking at sea.
