KARACHI, Sindh: The Pakistan Navy launched SEASPARK-2026 on Wednesday to test and strengthen operational readiness against conventional and emerging maritime threats.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said this in an official statement, adding that the Chief of the Naval Staff presided over the opening briefing. Senior officers from Pakistan’s armed forces attended, according to the military’s media wing.
The exercise brings together Pakistan Navy ships, submarines, aircraft, unmanned systems, marines and special forces. It also includes elements of the Pakistan Army and Pakistan Air Force.
ISPR said SEASPARK-2026 will test the Navy’s ability to conduct multi-domain operations across maritime, air, land, cyber and space-enabled capabilities.
The exercise also incorporates operations in the information environment alongside conventional combat activity at sea. In addition, the Navy seeks to improve coordination between physical and information-domain operations.
Before the exercise, the Chief of the Naval Staff visited PN Fleet units and reviewed ongoing operations.

Addressing officers and personnel, he said the changing security environment required continuous readiness. Stronger tri-service integration, adaptability and effectiveness are also needed across both physical and information domains.
SEASPARK-2026 is designed to assess how effectively Pakistan’s naval forces and supporting military elements can operate together. This includes complex maritime threat scenarios.
