Keeping in view doubts regarding Junaid Khan’s fitness, fast bowler Mohammad Irfan has been added to the one-day squad for the series against Sri Lanka.
Junaid had missed the second half of the second Test after he was hit on the head by a bouncer from Dhammika Prasad during Pakistan’s first innings.
Irfan will leave for Sri Lanka on Wednesday. He has not played international cricket since November 2013 due to a hip injury.
Pakistan will play three ODI’s against Sri Lanka. Their Schedule is as follows:
1st ODI – Sri Lanka v Pakistan, Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium, Hambantota, 09:30 PKT.
2nd ODI – Sri Lanka v Pakistan, R Premadasa Stadium, Colombo, 14:00 PKT.
3rd ODI – Sri Lanka v Pakistan, Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, 09: 30 PKT.
Earlier, Sri Lanka had white washed Pakistan in the Test rubber 2-0.
