Dr. Yasar Ayaz, NCAI Chairman, called it a “game-changing moment,” noting: “Pakistan’s AI capabilities will now gain global recognition.” Microsoft’s Jibran Jamshad added, “AAAI’s influence drove breakthroughs like ChatGPT. Pakistan’s talent will now join the global narrative.” Government and military officials underscored the event’s national importance.
The chapter aims to generate over $200 million in AI-driven economic impact through innovation and entrepreneurship. It fosters international academic ties, offering Pakistani researchers and startups global exposure. Pakistan’s AI push aligns with its economic strides, as evident in a $2.1 billion FY25 current account surplus.
