Pakistan Army has taken custody of Lyari gangster Uzair Baloch.
Director-General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor said on Wednesday night on Twitter said “Uzair Baloch taken into military custody under Pakistan Army Act / Official Secret Act – 1923.”

DG ISPR also said that Uzair was taken into custody “on charges of espionage (leakage of sensitive security information to foreign intelligence agencies).”

Uzair Baloch was arrested on January 30, 2016 by Sindh Rangers outskirts of Karachi.
Apress release issued by the paramilitary force had claimed “The gang leader was arrested in a targeted operation outside Karachi, in the early hours of Saturday as he attempted to enter the metropolis,”

Uzaid bloch, currently facing 55 cases in various courts. Of these cases, one relates to the murder of Arshad Pappu and another relates to keeping weapons and explosives.
